Whether you're just getting started, practicing for your next match or looking for a new way to exercise, we've got an adult tennis session for everyone. See below for the different types of sessions we provide and the dates, times and venues which they run.

Adult Beginner


If you haven't played tennis before, or haven't played in a long time, then Beginner Adults is for you! It's an easy and fun way for adult beginners to get into the game as you learn to serve, rally and score in just 6 weeks.

Ladies-Only Tennis


These sessions provide a friendly and welcoming environment for ladies to enjoy tennis, socialise and develop their game. We have adapted our provisions to cater for beginners, improvers and social mornings.

Team Training


Team training is available for anyone who is a part of the adult teams at their club. The sessions will be entirely doubles focused and include, technical coaching and tactical drills and strategies to help get you ready for when the competition season comes along.

Cardio Tennis


Discover a new way to work out with a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Cardio tennis is supported by music as you get to hit lots of tennis balls and have a great cardio workout at the same time!

Adult Intermediate


Our intermediate adult groups are aimed at more experienced tennis players who are looking for some extra coaching advice. Each term will focus on a particular skill or tactic and then added to your game through a mixture of singles and doubles matchplay.
